The Story Behind S&T
A Family-Owned Legacy Built on Purpose
Before founding S&T, Rosie spent 13 years as Executive Director of a nonprofit. In that role, she learned how to run a business from the ground up — managing payroll, federal and state reporting, fundraising, board relationships, and the operational discipline it takes to deliver on commitments to people who are counting on you. That experience became the operating system for everything that came next.
After leaving the nonprofit world, Rosie moved into healthcare marketing across the Permian Basin. She was building business, cultivating relationships, and delivering results — until the day she decided to bet on herself instead.
That decision — made out of necessity in Odessa, Texas — became S&T Janitorial Service LLC.
